NATIONAL COMMUNITY SERVICE INITIATIVES

SOP's Jean Drive 

We collect used jeans year round and donate to shelters for the indigent and homeless. One of the shelters we frequently donate to is for women and children specifically.

Summertime Greek

Giveback(Atlanta, GA) 

The LGBTQ Greek Giveback Committee (we sit on the committee) creates events that will not only help those in need but will also allow people to connect with their community! Most recently, we fed the homeless by walking through Atlanta to pass out food and toiletries.

LGBT Greek Weekend 

We have been Host Partners for over 9 years. We are preparing to celebrate 10 years with Real Bois Talk, Inc. and other LGBT Fraternities & Sororities. 

The LGBT Greek Weekend is hosted during Atlanta Black Pride (Labor Day weekend) 

Sigma Omega Phi Fraternity, Inc. supports Greek unity and participates to help increase the great work that ALL LGBT Greek Fraternities and Sororities are doing.

Greeks 4 the Sole 

We partnered with the Ladies of Kappa Alpha Lambda Sorority, Inc. to collect and purchase closed-toes shoes, socks, & t-shirts for those in need.

Atlanta Lupus Walk 

(Lupus Foundation of America-GA Chapter)

Every year we volunteer at the lupus walk in Atlanta, GA

Multiple Sclerosis Association of America (MSAA) 

We participate in bring awareness to the disease of MS by participating in their social media campaign.

Happy Feet & Hands Academy 

Colony President, Bruh LeCroix, and Ms. Washington of Happy Feet & Hands Academy are partners to help the community feed the homeless, and Christmas gifts for children that wouldn't have a Christmas . Both are working on plans to do some amazing things in the academy and in the community.
